Using oxa.gg, the OXA Discord server, and the associated services implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service and the laws of your country. You are also responsible for following Discord's rules.

You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account. We may suspend or remove access in case of misuse.

The following is not allowed:

• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other members.
• Posting illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
• Manipulating the ranking, stats, or community systems.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the site or its services.

The content you post on your profile remains yours, but you grant us permission to display it within the platform. The OXA brand, design, and code are property of OXA Networks.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload (name, images, music, links and text). OXA does not pre-moderate and is not responsible for content posted by users. If any content breaches these rules or third-party rights, we may remove it and, where appropriate, suspend the profile.

If you set your profile to public, it will be accessible to anyone at oxa.gg/u/your-name and may be indexed by search engines such as Google. You can make it private at any time from your privacy settings.

OXA relies on Discord for authentication and community. Use of Discord is governed by its own terms and policies, separate from OXA.

Services are provided "as is". OXA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may modify these terms. Changes will be reflected in the update date. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
